apartment, large rooms one slightly bigger than the other with an en suite. The
lounge was a good size with a small table and the kitchen was very nice with

pans and cutlery.”

acquisition of further apartments. The expansion of the portfolio in
Swansea has been necessary due to the growth of the business sector in
the city. The upturn has been led predominantly by the ongoing
construction of the multi-million pound new Swansea University Science
and Engineering campus on Fabian Way. The new luxury waterfront
apartments are located in the city’s premier SA1 area, making them ideal
for both visitors to the city centre and further afield in South
Wales.
